Beautiful detached villa on the Monte Pedreguer. Fantastic view of the Mediterranean, the Montgo and (in clear weather) Ibiza. The house contains multiple big terraces with several areas to sit or lounge. On one of the terraces you can find a 11 by 5 meter big swimming pool. You can also enjoy a drink or some food at the outside bar and outside kitchen (with BBQ). There is also plenty of space inside with cozy decorated rooms and spacious bed- and bathrooms. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 with 2 x 1 person bed and 1 room with 1 x 2 person bed. There are also 2 sofa beds for a total of 12 sleeping spaces.
The villa is unique for it’s beautiful vistas and terraces where nobody bothers you.
Pedreguer is the closest town, here you can find a big Masymas (supermarket) with fresh bread, fresh fish and a great butcher. Aswell as a nice market every Sunday. Denia is a 10-minute drive away, this is a cozy city with many stores, restaurants and bars. Denia also has a nice port and kilometers of sandy beach. Xabia/Javea is only a 10 minute drive away aswell. This is another great spot to find beaches, a nice boulevard, a cozy haven, golf courses or have a look at the beautiful old city center.
The house is 40km away from Benidorm. Valencia and Alicante are reachable within an hour. In Ondara you can find a big indoor mall with a Carrefour and Aldi. In the house itself we provided a folder with all kinds of fun sights and activities.
The price might be different depending on the season. Between 200-275 euro per night.
